Great buy - nothing compared to his medical bills
My son has medical needs and his doctor recommended us to get a low EMF sauna for him to detox in. According to JNH, this sauna emits the least EMF amoung their other collections. My son isn't a good sweater and I'm happy to say that he is getting a good sweat from it. He has mobility issues and the unit is large enough for me to go in with him and assist him in get in and out of the sauna. I researched other companies and I was surprised how affordable this was compared to others. Having to pay a lot more on medical treatments, I think this sauna is worth every dollar, not to mention the quality of sleep he has after using it regularly. Already recommended this company to other families that are in the same boat as us!

What EMF readings does the Ensi infrared sauna emit?
Our latest independent 3rd party testing report shows that our Ensi Collection heater panels emited on average 0.32mG at the surface of the heater. Should you use our recommended ergonomic back support, the EMF levels will read between 0.05mG to 0.19mG, depending on where you are measuring. What kind of wood glue is used on your infrared saunas?
We use non-toxic furniture glue that's applied in between the internal frame and wooden slats. Due to the nature of our infrared saunas, minimal amount of the glue were used during the manufacturing process and entire sauna cabin is VOC free.

Why is there a light socket? Does the sauna come with a bulb?
The pre-installed light socket is designed for our exclusive Chromotherapy light bulb . This Chromotherapy light bulb does not come included with your infrared sauna purchase and must be purchase additionally. If you are interested in knowing more, please read more about it under our "infrared sauna accessories" section.

Is there an option to set an automatic timer that will turn my infrared sauna on for me?
Due to safety reasons, we purposely do not design our units to come with pre-heating capabilitles. Your JNH Lifestyles infrared sauna is equipped with a duration timer that the user can manually adjust the session time. The timer will sound/go off when your pre-set duration has lapsed.

Why do you not allow the temperature setting to go past 60°C?
We want our customers to be satisfied with their products and understand that some individuals can handle higher temperatures than others. However, there are safety standards that must be upheld and we, JNH Lifestyles, take them very seriously. It's for this reason that we do not allow our saunas to surpass 60°C. Rest assure that you will still sweat profoundly a t this temperature setting.
